The morning started with a lovely Mass celebrated by Father David Evans.

Parents and Board members were invited to attend.

After the Mass, there was the Awards Ceremony.

After the Awards, the Grade 1’s presented the Matrics with a gift from the school.

Past pupils and ex teachers were invited to a special Centenary Assembly. Some of them addressed the pupils about their days at St. Catherine’s.

Many of the Sisters now living in Marion House in Boksburg have a past association with St. Catherine’s. They came along to the assembly.

Past pupils, Carla de Gouveia and Georges Karam recalled some of their fondest memories.

Mrs. Barrow and Sr. Fidelma were happy to meet up again after many years.

Mr. Gelling and Mr. Richards who only left us recently.

A family affair – Faith and her two daughters, Lyn and Michelle, were all past pupils. Lyn also taught at St. Catherine’s for more than a decade.
